Data deletion instructions

MyWord is operated by Clingman LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company.

Request deletion

Email chase@clingman.co with the subject "MyWord data deletion request". Include the connected business account name or a public post/comment link that lets us locate the relevant records. Never send passwords or access tokens.

Requests are reviewed manually. We may ask for proportionate information to verify your identity or authority. We will explain any additional information needed and confirm the outcome, including any relevant legal retention requirements. MyWord does not currently offer an automatic deletion callback or self-service deletion button.

Disconnecting Meta

Account owners can revoke MyWord's access through Meta's connected-app or business-integration settings. Revoking access does not automatically erase information already saved in MyWord; email us to request deletion of those records.

What deletion means

A request can cover stored account information, comments, associated AI analysis, response requests and activity records. Deletion from MyWord does not delete the original Facebook or Instagram post, comment or message. Use Meta's own controls for those actions. If we need to retain particular records, we will explain that when responding.
